Vibrant, a Mosaicx customer, is responsible for answering millions of calls, texts, and chats from people seeking help. Over the past two years, access to the Lifeline has expanded thanks to the launch of the 3-digit 988 code, support for more communication channels, and the addition of more crisis centers across the United States.
